I´m back as a matter of fact we are back:-). Weekend finished and we visited county Donegal. Across the cities Tuam, Sligo and Donegal to the small village Carrick in northwest Ireland. Carrick is far from Galway about 250 km. We arrived to our place of destination about 9:30 p.m. and built our tents. There was a beautiful view at the ocean and cliffs. Supper, beer, fun and so on...:-). We went to "bed" at 1:00 a.m. The weather was good at the saturday evening.
And also at the sunday morning. At the first of all we climbed on the (in line with guide-book) highest cliffs in Europe - Slieve League. About 600 metres above sea level. The way was a medium difficult for me. But my fear of hight is not kept away. I was happy...:-). Unfortunately on the top of the mountain it wasn´t view, because it was a cloudy! We saw only big mist around us. After our descent from the hill, we went on the north. There was to have been Alpine pass. Is said a one of the most beautiful places in Europe. We are not sure...no, no. We are sure, that was only usually way down to the valley. Next stop that followed at lovely beach, where was a small cave in the middle of the cliffs. There was a nice view on the sand seaside. On our way there we passed small Assaranca Waterfall. About 5.00 p.m. was started our way to home.
Czech version of this article I will write at tomorow morning, perhaps evening. I can´t get an answer:-).
